I am a visionary, always with my eyes set on the horizon, eager to turn my dreams into tangible realities. I approach ideas and projects with innovation, and I’m proactive and adaptable in making those ideas a reality. I possess the energy, creativity, and determination to bring my vision to life through active and impactful actions.
With a heart for ministry and a flair for creativity, I’ve had the privilege of leading and inspiring others in a variety of roles. After getting married and while raising my two children, Joseph and Sara, I spent six years leading the Women’s Ministry at Calvary Church in Holland, Michigan, teaching weekly Bible studies and leading annual retreats. With over 20 years of experience in event styling and entertainment, my passion for celebration shines through in my work, from styling large events to a 3-year stint on live TV with WZZM, where I showcased my culinary and design skills.
Additionally, I spent time on a speaking tour with large corporations, training in Change Management and Stress Management, and worked in sales in the Chicago metropolitan area, which enhanced my leadership and communication skills.
My life and ministry revolve around Crafting with Purpose, which has multiple layers. First, it’s about crafting my life with intention—choosing to REACH for Jesus daily as part of my soul care practice. Second, it involves creating with my hands, giving God space to work in my life as I focus on Him. Lastly, I believe God is crafting my life with His purpose, shaping my journey in ways only He can. Through these practices, I help others embrace both the peace of soul care and the vibrancy of celebration, encouraging them to make space for God’s transformation and celebrate life with purpose. At the heart of my mission is guiding others to live with faith, purpose, and a deep connection to God.
